Why Truly Inclusive Education?

With over 20 years of classroom experience, I have seen first-hand what helps learners thrive and what can create barriers to success. Alongside my professional knowledge, training, and qualifications, I bring lived experience of neurodivergent children and adults, giving me a genuine understanding of the challenges they face.

I believe every learner deserves to feel safe, valued, understood, and able to achieve their potential. True inclusion goes beyond policies—it is about creating environments where everyone belongs.

Young people experience these challenges every day. By helping them better understand neurodivergence, we can build more empathetic, accepting, and truly inclusive schools for everyone
