I am a qualified Primary School Teacher with over 20 years of experience in schools, specialising in inclusive education and supporting neurodivergent learners.

My career began as a Behaviour Support Assistant, where I first discovered my passion for understanding neurodivergence and creating inclusive learning environments. Since then, I have worked across education and with the NHS, delivering training on Autism and Learning Disabilities alongside trainers with lived experience.

Throughout my career, I have worked extensively with neurodivergent children and young people, developing a strong understanding of what true inclusion looks like. I believe inclusion should never be a tick-box exercise. It should be meaningful, consistent, evidence-informed and centred on the individual needs of every learner.

I am passionate about sharing my knowledge, experience, and practical strategies with schools, educators, and young people to help create environments where everyone can thrive.
